If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately so that we can stop the order before it is shipped out. If the item hasn't been shipped yet, you are eligible for a full refund, otherwise the return policy outlined below applies.
Hands-On Healthcare Supply will accept returns on items that still have tags intact, are unworn, and unwashed. Returned items can be exchanged for in-stock items or returned for an in-store credit. Returns on in-store purchases must be initiated within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of receipt of the item if it was an online purchase.
Shipping is $9.99 flat-rate within Canada and free over $100. Returns on shipped items are subject to the terms listed above and are shipped at the buyers' expense.
